Final Report

This section contains the final thesis report resulting from the year-long analysis of the Celgene Building L project.  A copy of the executive summary can also be found below.

The thesis outlines the research into the construction of Celgene Building L in Summit, New Jersey. Throughout the year, the building as a whole was analyzed to identify research in the areas of constructability, schedule acceleration, and challenge remediation. This thesis presents the findings of four specific areas of research: alternative support of excavation methods on this project, redesign of the underground parking garage, SIPS utilization for the interior office space, and material management approaches.
